House Description
Vine House is located on over 200 feet of beautiful private beachfront, easily accessible from the airport and downtown Georgetown. Secluded and private, the house is built with an open floor plan and indoor/outdoor living in mind, enjoy amazing views of the beach and ocean. The home features a 3-bedroom Main House and a 1-bedroom Beachfront Cottage. The overall layout encourages socializing with family and friends while providing spaces for seclusion and relaxation. The living area offer an open and airy feel and sliding glass doors that open oceanside to over a 70-foot pool patio and pergola lodging area. When you are tired from a day of playing in the sea and sand, relax in the cozy seating in front of a 70″ 4K Ultra Flat screen TV loaded with Xbox, AppleTV, and Blu-ray Discs. The whole-house Sonos audio system allows you to enjoy island music inside the house as well as on the patio, pool deck and front gardens.
The main house offers a master suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom and ocean views through a set of french doors. There is a second bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bath that is also shared with the main house. Finally, a smaller bedroom with twin sized bunk beds and pullout trundle (sleeps up to 3). The guest cottage features a separate bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bath, living area and kitchenette. It also has a wonderful beachside deck for quiet relaxing in the ocean breezes.
Situated on Jimmy Hill Beach, you’ll enjoy miles of white sand beach and turquoise water as far as the eye can see. Its beach is one of the only on the island that allows you to walk unobstructed for miles. This majestic beach was the location for the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition that included Christy Teigen and Kate Upton. Enjoy the two included kayaks and one paddle-board during your stay. No matter what time of year, rest assured that you will have plenty of beach to enjoy. The beach is big enough to play all sorts of games or relax in secluded tranquility. Small reefs off shore offer great for snorkeling for kids and adults alike. The spacious 1 acre private property features over 40 towering coconut palms and lush native landscaping throughout.

Three couples, one superb house, the beach and sunshine, all this supported by an amazing team (Endalyn and Onike) made our stay very close to perfection!!
Vine house, on the beach, is very well situated close to airport and Georgetown and all of it’s amenities. The house is absolutely beautiful and professionally maintained, completely furnished not to mention the Sonos system all over the premises!!

It's been a week since we left paradise, and I just wanted to reach out and let you all know what a fantastic week we had.
The Vine House was the perfect backdrop for our first family vacation in years. The location, amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout the home really set the Vine House apart. This was our third time to the island and I didn't think it could get any better - but you all proved us wrong. The Good Life Bahamas experience was so special and will definitely have us back again soon.
