Papaya House is a well appointed 4 bedroom beach house on a virtually private beach on Little Exuma. The house has large and bright 3 king bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, balcony/patio and sweeping views of sea and sand. There is a 4th smaller bedroom with two single beds. The house can accommodate up to 8. The house also has a modern kitchen and an indoor/outdoor living room and dining room and a newly added screened in Cabana which is a perfect place for a family board game or cocktails.

Papaya House is located in Little Exuma at Forbes Hill connected by bridge to Great Exuma where the Exuma International Airport is located with direct flights from Nassau, Toronto, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte and Atlanta. The house is approximately 20 minutes away from Georgetown – the island’s capital and 40 minutes from away from the airport.

The house comes equipped with two double sea kayaks, a stand up paddleboard, lots of beach toys and snorkel gear. There is also a shuffleboard, foosball, lots of books/boardgames/DVDs/CDs for when you aren’t out enjoying the perfect beach.
